VOICES ART EXHIBIT OPENING RECEPTION

Enjoy food, beverages, and a unique opportunity to meet all the artists. VOICES, showcases women from around the world all who depict life as a woman through sculpture, photography, or on canvas. The works in this exhibit span time, geography, subject matter and technique. All artwork is available for sale and a portion of the proceeds support the YWCA National Capital Area programs to eliminate racism and empower women.

Jan Bender's premier exhibit of her new portfolio of 33 gelatin silver landscape photographs, "Near Great Falls: Light, Land, and Water" runs from August 1 to Sept 14, 2005 in the Great Falls Library exhibit room, 9830 Georgetown Pike, Great Falls, Virginia. The exhibit can be viewed during library hours: Monday-Thursday 10 am - 9 pm, Friday 10am-6pm, Saturday 10am-5pm.
